NOW "The Nanny Boutique". Just found out that Rita is now the owner of Nanny Boutique in the Triangle. When Nancy's Nannies left the triangle i was disappointed b/c they were the best to use for babysitting and nannies. I just found out that she switched the name of the agency and is still here! yaaaa! Just thought others might want to know.

Need a Nanny? Look No Further..... I am currently a nanny for Nancy’s Nannies, and I can honestly say that my experience in the two years that I have worked for Rita has been a great one. I am a single mother as well as a full time student, and Rita has gone above and beyond to make sure that I, as well as the rest of her nannies, am taken care of.

The nannies that I have worked with through Nancy’s nannies are some of the best people I know, and I know that I have made some life long friends with them. The nannies that are employed through Rita have always been respectful, responsible and hard working individuals. They are compassionate about their jobs and the children that we care for.

I also know that Rita is very professional in what she does. When I first started out I contacted her not only about a job, but I also was considering looking for a nanny myself. I called late one evening, and I received a response phone call from Rita early the next morning. She answered all my questions, helped me find what I was looking for, and was friendly and personable the entire time.

I can promise you that if you call Nancy’s Nannies not only will you receive exemplary service and attention from Rita herself, but you will be placed with some of the best nannies Raleigh has to offer. I highly recommend that you call next time you are looking for a nanny or babysitter… You won’t be disappointed!

From a Nannies Point of View. From a nannies point of view, I tried to apply for this service. I'd already had experience as a nanny. The application process asked several questions regarding what I was qualified to do, as well as what I was willing to do.

I was contacted by the staff in a timely manner, and we talked about what I was interested in. First of all, I do not feel as though the staff member really listened to what sort of positions I was interested in. Second, when she found out I was not willing to do errands on a regular basis, she rudely told me that I would not find a nanny job unless I was willing to do this. She told me to call her back when I'd reconsidered. I never called back.

I found a nanny position a week later on my own. I don't think I'll be using this agency again.

high quality service. This is a high quality service with individualized attention. Rita will do a home visit and discuss in detail with you your needs. She educated us about the whole process including typical things to offer a nanny in terms of benefits and salary and typical duties to expect. She will take time to find the right nanny and will not push candidates on you that she knows won't suit your needs (which has happened to me with other agencies). It may take longer to find the right match, but it is worth it! Rita is a resource throughout the process including giving tips on how to interview and negotiate the agreement. There are few agencies of this quality in the area.

Excellent Nanny Service. Rita at Nancy's Nannies worked hard to find the right person for us. She was professional, thoughtful, gave great advice, and did a good job screening applicants. She didn't waste our time with applicants that didn't meet our requirements. Rita took a lot of time to get to know what we needed. What really impressed us was that she worked to find us, not just someone who was good, but someone who was a good fit for our family. And we couldn't be happier with the person she found. I highly recommend Nancy's Nannies.

Great personalized service!. I was very pleased with the service my family and I received from Nancy's Nannies. Rita is very professional and on top of everything. I talked with her many times as she helped me through the process of finding a nanny, and could tell she very much cared about finding a nanny that was perfect for our family. She also cares about the nanny she places with the family, and that they are happy as well, which in the end makes a perfect match! Rita took the time to answer all my questions, and made the whole process very easy, from finding the nanny to writing up the contract for us! We were placed with a nanny in the time of about three weeks, and are very happy. I would recommend Nancy's Nannies for anyone looking for a qualified ,safe and loving nanny!

Great Nanny Agency. Anxiety filled our holidays as we moved from Ohio to Raleigh only a few weeks before X-mas with the need for a nanny starting Jan. 2nd! Nancy's Nannies was great at working with us before we relocated; setting up phone screenings prior to our moving date; negotiating our contract; and most importantly sending us a wonderful nanny that has become part of our family! I would highly recommend!

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I can't say enough about Nancy's Nannies and the service they provided me and my family! Not only were they professional and highly attentive, but they helped me find the perfect nanny for me and my family. The process was a longer than expected but the agency kept sending me great candidates until we found the right fit. I would recommend Nancy's Nannies to anyone looking for a nanny. Actually I already have sent several neighbors to them! Thank you Nancy's Nannies!

Poor customer service. I chose Nancy's Nannies because I wanted peace of mind when hiring a nanny to take care of my child. I was looking for a highly professional service, highly qualified candidates that were carefully screened, as well as, a certain level of personalized service.

The agency failed in fulfilling my expectations. After a good start, in which the agency identified our needs as a family, the agency repeately failed to provide appropriate candidates, provide guidance or any personalized service. The process has been frustrating because of this lack of personal service.

I feel I have wasted money and precious time. I wish I could provide a good review, but the agency simply didn't live up to the image they project.

Professional, personable, expedient and easy to work with.. Leaving our 3 year old and 5 month old girls to return to work and losing our current nanny to adopt a child we chose Nancy's Nannies as our nanny search agency. Nancy's Nannies was truly an excellent partner in finding a nanny for our family. We met with Rita; she created our family profile and recommended 2 exceptional candidates for us to interview all within 2 weeks. She made what I thought would be a highly stressful, emotional process go seamlessly. We felt very comfortable with the 2 candidates she forwarded to us and it was a difficult decision to choose just 1. The one we did decide on has great credentials, been wonderful, and both girls loved her instantly. I would definitely recommend Rita and Nancy's Nannies to assist you should you need a caregiver for your family.
