Unresponsive to damage. Destroyed a great shirt- second time it had been laundered. Said it was the manufacturer's fault. Treated me poorly, assuming I was totally ignorant and could not understand her words. Have had several incidents, but this was the final straw.
"Lose" clothes.
I am one of SEVERAL customers from Dry Clean City who has had articles of EXPENSIVE clothing missing from their orders.
I find it difficult to believe that things are "lost."
I will be using Medlin-Davis for now on. They may be more money but aren't your clothes worth getting back?
Dry Clean City. This dry cleaner is HORRIBLE! They lost a pair of pants that I spent $150 on. When you get your slip they write down how many articles of clothing you drop off. Well when I came back to pick up my order they tried to cover up their mistake hoping I wouldn't catch it. One of the workers crossed out 2 and put a 1. This is the worst establishment I have set foot in. They don't even dry clean well, everything is still wrinkled when picked up. Beware of them if you don't want your clothes lost.
worst ever.. This place is horrible. The workers are rude and do NOTHING to help customers. I recently took a comforter there and when I went back to get it, it wasn't ready. Then I went back a week later and they told me they "didn't know where it was". Eventually they found it at ANOTHER DRY CLEANERS. How it got there, I'm not sure. I still had to pay for the service and they would not refund my money. I will NEVER go to this establishment again.
lost clothes.
They lost my sweater. When I was picking my things up, I saw another woman complaining that a pair of her pants were missing. She turned around to tell others that Dry Clean City had lost her friend's pants also. It seems as though they have a hard time getting clothes back to their owners. To be fair, I got 4 out of 5 items back. I prefer better odds.
In addition, my clothes were not clean -- just pressed. I deem this overall to be a bad value. I paid $10 for them to press my clothes and lose a $90 sweater.
