Crappolla's Garner.
NEVER AGAIN. I waited there for over an hour for a pizza that was burnt and dry. I might understand if the place was busy but there was no other customer in the place.
I had to walk back to the counter to receive not only the dry leathery pizza but was rudely addressed. They have a bad day and they take it out on the customer. No wonder all the tables and many chairs were empty.
The WORSE pizza anywhere and NO customer service.

Will not be back (Clayton location).
My first experience at the new Coppolla's in Clayton...
I placed a pick-up order at 5:45 on a Friday evening and was told it would be ready in 30 minutes (I was prepared for it to take 45 min or so, on a Friday and all.)
My wife arrives to pick up the order and they tell her it's gonna be another 30 mins. So, my wife makes arrangements to have the order delivered. While she is in the restaurant a customers ahead of her cancelled there order and get a refund (not a good sign.) Also, everyone working in the restaurant were teenagers, save for one older gentleman making pizzas, who I assume was the owner.
Well, we finally get the order delivered at 7:30. The pizza was wrong, the entire order was cold, and there were dessert items that were not sent. I called to get a refund for the missing items and was given the excuse from the owner that "we had an order for 24 large pizzas..." and "...we are trying to help the community by hiring these kids..." Please.
I admire them trying to "help the community" by employing the teenagers. But doing so at the detriment of your quality and service is silly and annoying. And also, if you can't handle the 24 pizza order you need to communicate it to the customer and also to the customers coming in behind that order.
Long story longer...even if the food had been correct and hot it would have still been a disappointment. Average pizza, rubbery, greasy wings...same old same old.
I hope they made a lot of money on the large order, because they certainly lost my business and that of at least 1 other customer. Good luck saving the world Cappolla's! My bet is you're closed within a year.

Another conveyor belt pizza.
Pizza should be made in a Brick or Stone surface, not in a pan that is put in one end of a conveyor belt, and then when it gets to the other end it's done.

Try Another Place in Garner.
I visited garner, I live in raleigh, cappolla's is a place you'd visit when no other foood spot is open:
My friend order a calzone it tasted good, I order a Calzone next time I visited: it taste so bland, they add things to the calzone like : veggies, to make up for the cheese & meat, which sucked!
Prices are low
the food could be better: low quality
Many foods is pre-madeprepacked food is heated up not cook Fresh: disgusting
The staff is rude they have a" what do you want attitude": theres no patience to skim the menu, the delivery people are jokes
They forgot my order so many times I stopped going, when I was in Garner
I save money and enjoy making better tasting and great quality foods myself
Dont waste your time, money, or self respect on a place that serve food sloppy, cold, or charge for meals that you didnt order
Cappolla's does Catering: dont waste your time or dedication on a place that only care about the MONEY
The service is so poor...
Real Customer: No Longer Will I order from Cappolla's
