WOW!!! Awesome Food!!!

I LOVE Asian foods! I always have. I try any new Asian restaurant any chance I get. Of course, I have my #1 places that I'm partial to. I have just moved to Apex and I decided to try Lee's out. Let me tell you- I am a wonderful cook myself and from all of my expierence of Asian Dining, this place is the best I have eaten at. I have been to other places that have more of a selection, but not as good of food. The recipies that they use have to be old private family recipes. The Sushi is PHENOMENAL!!! The Sushi "Artist" doesnt talk much but his food speaks volumes. It is even presented the most artistic way as well! This is a must try place, if you are in the area... I highly Recommend it!!!
- Pros: Best Sushi We have ever had!!!
- Cons: Closed between 3pm and 5pm for lunch/dinner transition

Very disappointing.\

We were so disappointed with our take-out order of chicken and cashews. All the reviews were so good for Lee's that we were looking forward to great food for our first ever order. The menu says the chicken/cashew comes with asparagus, yellow squash, mushrooms and red/green peppers. We see none of these veggies in the dish! In addition, there is very little chicken or cashews. What we got was a dish of chopped celery with a sprinkling of carrots, water chestnuts, chicken and cashews. Very disappointing. After removing all the non-celery items I'm left with a container that is 3/4 full of celery. Its so crazy I had to take a picture of it in case people don't believe me. Sad.
- Pros: order was ready fast
- Cons: got celery with a little chicken and cashew instead of chicken and cashew
