Terrible Service!. My last few visits to Medicap have been less than stellar; but, my final visit this week was the worst! I had dropped a script of in the morning, before 10am & returned at 4pm to pick it up. When I attempted to pay, my copay suddenly had gone from $10 to $129; clearly, this was very wrong (since nothing had changed with my ins plan or coverage). 10 minutes later after Alli "found" Bobby, they decided someone should call on my ins. I left and came back 20 minutes later and still, no one had called. Now, at 4:45 they called & then informed me the ins would no longer be covering the script at the usual copay, due to a "rise in the drug cost". Extra annoyed, I left and headed to Kerr Drugs at North Hills where my script was filled in 10 minutes at the SAME $10 copay. That said, all of my prescriptions have been transferred to Kerr Drugs at North Hills.

Excellent. This pharmacy is excellent. Bobbie and Debbie are really tune on recognizing underlying factors to outward symptoms and can recommend exactly what you need that heals the health issue at the root. I always go to this pharmacy versus any other because I know their advice is accurate and they have great natural remedies. They fixed an infertility problem I had with their natural remedies by correcting my hormonal balance. Raleigh's best pharmacy by far!

Very helpful. I appreciate how these folks offer ideas for alternatives, double check all medications to be sure I won't have side effects, and are always helpful when I have questions. I never go elsewhere even though the pharmacy is out of my way. I trust them that much.

Poor service. I recently got a prescription at Medicap--and I understand it isn't easy being a pharmacist, but he is very unfriendly

Great place for natural options. The pharcacy has all kinds of natural emedies in the front of the pharmacy. It's also a compounding pharmacy. Bobby, the pharmacist, is great if you want advice on wholeistic approaches to wellness.
