Unbelievable customer service. Three years ago, I purchased a set of tires here. About a year later, I accidently pick up a nail. They removed the nail, fixed the leak, at no charge. Last week, guess what? Yup, another nail. Took it by, and had the exact same experience, including no charge. Needless to say, they have earned my business for life. Even if they weren't competitive, the value of shopping there far exceeds the price.…

friendly, clean, helpful. had a flat tire and triple a towed me here. mat came outside to the tow truck, extended a friendly greeting, checked out the tires, then took me inside to choose my new tires, etc. they got started on my car right away. i'm sitting here waiting for the tires to be put on now (clean waiting area & wi-fi from Staples) and am hearing their interaction with other customers, and they're really friendly & helpful to everyone. i would absolutely come here again & recommend it to others.…

Great customer service. I had a great experience at Discount Tire after I purchased two tires from them and returned for a tire rotation. I had an unknown problem with corrosion on one of my wheels, which caused some shaking, and Discount Tire fixed the problem, made sure the tire was safe, and didn't charge me extra. I had been told by Chapel Hill Tire that I probably needed my rear struts replaced ($600+) but now my car is riding smoothly after Discount Tire helped me out. They could have gotten more money out of me by selling me a new tire I didn't need but instead I feel their ultimate goal is not a commission on a sale but customer service. Thanks!…
