My Dog's "other" home!. I honestly don't understand the bad reviews here. My dog has gone to daycare at VIPet every working day for more than five years. He loves it. He squeaks with excitement on Monday mornings. The people there know about dogs. I know my dog is in great hands every time I leave him, whether for the day or the week. I see the staff bending over backwards to understand what sort of cuts people want for their dogs each time. I've never seen a dirty dog leaving VIPet and my dog has never smelled bad in 5 years. I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else.…

Poor care. I have been taking my dogs to VIP for a few years because they are located close to my home. Never again! Last time one of my 2 goldens had a bout of diarrah and when I pick the two dogs up, who share a suite together, they both were flithy from the diarrah, I would have thought they would have AT LEAST cleaned them off before I put them into my car, VERY DISSAPPOINTNG to say the least. Would not recommand them ever again.…

Would never leave my dog there!. I am new to the area and have been looking for a boarding facility for my dog. I was given a tour of this place probably about a month ago and I was disgusted with what I saw. All of the metal cages are rusted and several of the runs have chewed up walls which appear to be dangerous for the dogs. There were also dogs laying on cold tile floors without a bed. The thing that shocked me the most was the backyard. I was taken outside only to find several large dogs that were being unattended to. The chain link fence was topped with barbed wire and seemed to be falling down. In a spot I noticed the fence was help up with a rope tied around the tree. I made me decision quickly and would never let my little girl stay in a place like that.…

Trusted By A Veterinarian, Great Environment. i have been bringing my dogs to VIPet for a few months now and am a huge fan. As a veterinarian I am very picky about who I leave in charge of my dogs so I asked for a tour and to speak with the technicians that would be caring for them. The facility behind closed doors is very clean and it was obvious that the staff really cares about making dogs feel at home. Because my clinic is very close by i now bring them to doggie daycare everyday and they can't wait to get through the door every morning. I recommend this place to all my clients!…
