Not Rude At All. This place is great and is always packed at lunchtime! The cuisine on the buffet is always fresh and hot! No matter how many customers, they always refill the buffet in timely manner with more hot foods. I've been eating hear for at least 7 years! Over the years they expanded to include the seating for the buffet. My favorites are the garlic shrimp and chicken broccoli and they have the best egg drop soup and noodles! Seems the previous reviews are outdated! Yes the prices or up, but so they are everywhere! Lunch is under $10 and you can eat as much as you can hold! This includes your drink!

Know your culture.. For the ones ones who think the staff is rude, remember you get what you give. Restaurant employees are not there to kiss your entitled behind. They are doing a job. I have been there at least 40 times over the past ten years. I have never had an unpleasant exchange with the staff. Maybe it is because I treat them like humans.

Very tasty. Although there is one employee there who is "rude" I don't think she is trying to be. The food here is great and reasonably priced with large portions. I would much rather deal with the one lady who doesn't say "thank you" than all the other people who work in restaurants in the NCSU area. Definitely try the garlic chicken, and the typical General Tao's is good too. My personal favorite is asking them to make the Honey Chicken hot. The fried rice is great (the best is pork, you can get just about any kind you can think of though) as well as the lo mein. I've never tried the buffet, and the atmosphere isn't much, but its really just a take-out place. Its definitely the best chinese food in the NCSU area.

Rude staff. I have eaten there on multiple occasions. I love their curry shrimp with vegetables and pork fried rice. I normally order at work and someone picks it up. On my day off, I went during lunch. It was very busy. However the women at the counter was very rude. No hello. No thank you. She just put my change down on the counter because I wasn't moving fast enough for her. Then to top it off, I purchased a bottle of coke for 1.29 and tax only to find out that is was a 16 ounce instead of 20 ounce. Not only are they rude. They are cheats. I will not go back there again. I am tired of business that short change people.

HORRIBLE ATTITUDES!!!!!. I just got back from China Queen with a co-worker for lunch and we are TOTALLY UPSET! We were asked only 15 minutes after finishing our meal to leave because they claimed they had no more places to sit people when 3 other tables were open!!! I used to be a regualr customer but things like that make me not want to go no matter how good the food is....SHAME ON YOU CHINA QUEEN STAFF!!!!!...YOU NEED TO LEARN THAT RUDENESS MAKES YOU LOSE BUSINESS!!!
