A truly terrible outfit. My advice is to avoid this unprofessional, immoral and incompetent "realtor", who could not manage to get drunk in a free bar. They are rude, offensive, deceptive, inefficient, very very slow and the owner has serious anger and personality issues as well as a poor attitude to tenants.

The owner (Nicole - sadly, a genuinely nasty person) claims a psychology education but this does not seem to have improved any of their miserable social skills.

You can do much better than this shambles of a business, unless you like to be lied to, treated with disdain and you like people who renege on a deal.

You have been warned.

Great Leasing Agent & Agency. I have worked with Clark Properties of Raleigh, N.C. as a property owner twice and have received excellent service. My first experience with Clark Properties was in 2001 and the experience was so positive that I hired them again in 2009. Nicole and her staff have been responsive to my tenants’ needs and mine. Clark Properties carefully screened tenants and ensured that the property was well maintained during the lease. Both my requests and the tentants’ were handled promptly and I was impressed with Clark Properties’ efficiency. Her straight-forward, no-nonsense approach in property leasing leads me to have confidence in her and in her professional team.

I highly recommend Clark Properties. I highly recommend Clark Properties of Raleigh, N.C., to any property owners needing help renting their property and to any prospective tenants looking to find a home to rent. Nicole and her staff are friendly, professional, and act with integrity. I have been leasing my rental property through Clark Properties since 2001. Five of those years I was living more than two hours from Raleigh, and it was comforting knowing that Nicole and her staff were looking after my rental property and making sure my tenants were having their needs met quickly and responsibly. For example, in 2009, the family renting my house in Raleigh came home one day to find that a pipe under the kitchen sink had burst, and was beginning to flood the kitchen floor and adjacent rooms. The tenant wisely turned off the water temporarily at the street, and notified Clark Properties. Nicole and her folks took quick actions on my behalf to remedy the situation for the tenant. That important attention to detail by Clark Properties and their timely follow up ensured that the tenants were well taken care of and the repair work was quickly scheduled and completed. I have total confidence in the team of professionals at Clark Properties. They are the best!
