Terrible accounting system, Poor Management, Be Prepared for many issues. I would highly recommend that you DO NOT rent a car from this enterprise location. I rented a car for one day while my car was in the shop for repairs. I returned the car and paid the rental fee on my bank debit card. One month later, $212 was taken out of my banking account. After calling this Enterprise location, I was informed that it was a mistake and that they had charged my account because I had the same last name as someone else who had rented a car from them. The money was then refunded to my account. One month later after that incident, I had another $104 and $52 taken out of my bank account, again due the same reason. After catching these errors again, I was informed that it would not happen again, and that my credit card was taken off their system. Finally, three days ago, another $109 was taken out of my bank account and incorrectly charged to me instead of the correct person, all because we had the same last name. In total, almost $500 was incorrectly taken out of my bank account.....month's after I had ever rented from the company. Beware, they keep your credit card on file for long after you rent from them and seem to be able to charge to it at any time they want. Had I not looked at my banking statements as closly as I did, I would have been out all of this money.

I have since rented from other enterprise locations and have not had any problems, so this is not a negative review for Enterprise in general. Just this one location. They are completely incompetent, the management is useless when it comes to resolving issues like this and this is quite simply a very poorly run business. In less you are prepared to watch your bank statements closely for many months after you rent from them, DO NOT rent from this location.
