I agree with past reviewers that if there were 0 stars or negative that is what they would have received from me.
The tech was nice and did his job but then came the estimate. They over charged and would not even discuss the charges with me. The owner called me and without even letting me speak decided the good business practice would be to tell me to take my money elsewhere. She preceded to tell me that is just what they do for ahs customers. They had to recoup costs so I guess that is from my back by making up false charges. They were obviously doing something shady if they want you gone as soon as you want explanations on their over charging.
So if you are looking to over pay and be treated awful by all means use them otherwise keep looking and do not look back!…

We have ahs too and I am not sure who to be more disgusted with them or Artisan! They are charging us for things that are needed and or we already have. I am ok with letting me know they need to
recoup costs but to make stuff up is another matter.
The customer service has got to be the worst I have ever encountered. Not only the secretary but the woman owner are very rude and will not to listen to anyone. The owner was yelling at me before I even got a word out.
I can not believe this company is still in business! I just wanted to let anyone who is looking for a HVAC company to RUN the other way!!!…
Excellent Service!. We woke up to a very chilly morning, with the air handler making a very loud noise. I called Artisan Comfort because other people I know have used them, and have been VERY pleased with their service. They were here before 3:00 the same day, fixed the problem, and the heat is working great! Will, the technician, was knowledgeable, professional, and very courteous. Oh! And the charged me over $100 LESS than what I originally quoted by another company! THANK YOU!!…
Worst AC Company in Triangle. Totally incompetent.. I wish there was ZERO stars for the amount of incompetence and trouble thiscompany caused me and my family. They came to the house 5 times over 2 months. We had to buy a home AC to use to cool our house and camp out in the den because they "fixed" it wrong 3 times. They claimed it was the 1st technician who was fired that messed it up, but then the manager came and put the new part on BACKWARDS. It fell off in the middle of the night and no joke, came apart from the furnace and sounded like a freight train. What licensed professional puts a part on half -a&*sed so that it falls off?? They never came when they said they would, and the office said we misunderstood the time. Yeah right. We got another company to come out and take apart their mickey mouse repair and do it properly. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY to anyone looking for comfort. Looking to empty your wallet and have to keep calling, then they are for you. I can't say I'd wouldn't wish them on my worst enemy, 'cos I would. The new guy showed my all the stuff he had to take apart that Artisan messed up. They never passed the inspection and clearly don't even care. What a joke.…
Artisan and AHS Team Up.
I agree with earlier posts for the horrible attitude of lady that responds to questions and concerns. And with scamming on problems that don't exist. AHS sent these guys out to determine a heat
problem that I had seen a year earlier - basically a switch connection. Artisan sends out this kid that I wasn't impressed with. He looks at it and says a cracked heat exchange - I tell him I don't think so, he puts arm in with digital camera and says yea look there's the proof. I say - where?
Botton line, I call and ask for another technician. They say no and send their proposed bill of services - many of which are not covered. I call Artisan and the lady starts jerking me around and extremely unprofessional.
AHS tells me that these people have reviewed it and they will not send out another service group. (But that is another whole story!)
I call another heat service and explain the same thing I explained to Artisan about the switch. They have me up and running in 20 minutes. I ask them to come back and do a review of the "cracked" heat exchange to be on the safe side. They did and said their were absolutely no cracks.
SCAM! Stay Away! I agree with the guy that posted the comment on the positive reviews. Don't believe them!…
