This is the WORST time of year to have a dead air conditioning system. But when our old system died, we had to have a new one. We called Artisan Comfort Systems.

They gave us a couple of estimates. We chose the system we wanted, and the system was up and running within a couple of days.

ARTISAN COMFORT SYSTEMS IS THE WORST

Please do not do business with Artisan Comfort Sytems. I should've read the reviews prior. I had a horrible experience thru AHS with them. The tech came out diagnosed the problem and it took several phone calls to AHS to get the tech to submit the paperwork to AHS for diagnostics to verify if the defective part was covered. The secretary is clueless and you wont get any phone calls back from Artisan. This company charge ridiculous fees that are outside the warranty. I only have a evaporator coil that is bad. Artisan wanted to charge over $600 additional fees outside of my warranty. I called 3 other HVAC companies and they said the extra fees were ludicrous. This company is definitely a scam and I would stay far away from them.

Dishonest,liars,sleazy,SEXUALLY HARASSING PIG

Dave Ellis is a seriously disturbed lowlife loser. He has insulted and degrated my wifes character , scared our daughter. Targeted a family member for hate crime. All because David thinks he can protrait other peoples wives like sexual objects at his whim because they see him for the sleaze he is! Mr. Ellis should be treated as a threat to any woman he feels should desire his sorry, goofy, pathetic self. He is by far the worlds biggest coward. His business ethics are dishonest; and unethical. He is a bumbling idiot. I cannot believe any person in the HVAC industry is equally stupid or deceiving. Imust admit I was completely caught off guard by his disguisting behavior as I was under the impression he was in fact "playing for the other team".
