Love this place.... I used to live in Myrtle Beach, Fl before moving back here in 2005 and been in several tattoo shops in town since. Krazy Kats Tattoo on Independence is the best tattoo/piercing place I've ever been to. Jim & Tee are such a great team and they have such awesome personalities. It's hard to find those who are good at what they do, love their jobs and the people. Have I mentioned that they're also very professional and skillful? Yes, I'll come back and would recommend all my friends too.

Doug is awesome. I have the most beautiful dragonflies flying around ivy up my foot and around my ankle. More than I asked for. I could not be happier. My daughter went and had one done after that and now my other daughter is having one done.

Top notch.

I would like to know how to call the place though. The # listed is no longer in service.

Worth the drive if you don't live in Clayton. This place is definitely "old school" -- when tatooing was an art form. Doug is an incredibly talented artist. He's been on Monster Garage twice with his first love of hot rods. He made the "painful chair time" go by relatively quickly. And the final product is beautiful ... clean lines, more than I hoped for. My husband loves my tat even more than I do. Reasonable pricing, clean facility, ect. If you go somewhere else, you've made a mistake.

Chech em' out, a Good shop.. I told Doug the design idea I was looking for. he designed and drew a tattoo which was totally better than what I had expected to see.. the tattoo came out totally awesome. I would never go to anyone else. Im hooked. I love the tattoo and his shop is totally cool with all the nostaglia he has for you to look at.

Best Tatoo shop EVER. My name is Lisa Upshaw and Doug did my lower back piece for me in mid 2000. It was the BEST experience I ever had as far as Tatoo's!! He also did both of my husband Jason's arm sleeves as well as his chest. We lived in Fayetteville at the time and WANTED no one else to do our tatoo's so we drove almost 2 hours to have Doug do it. Doug is a professional and funny!! If we hadn't moved to Florida I would have let him tatoo my arms like he wanted!! GO DOUG and stay Rock-a-billy :)

CHECK THEM OUT. Just moved here and was reccomended to KrazyKat from a friend. These guys are fantastic! Doug drew exactly what I wanted and put it down perfect. (4 hours) I am very pleased with the quality and the effort he put into my tattoo. If you want a great tattoo, go see these people. You will be pleased. Super nice atmosphere and clean. Not your typical street shop. prices are VERY reasonable.
