Would & Have recommended his services to others!. My Husband & I have rented from Larry Day for the past 3 years.

He has always responded quickly to every call or email regarding our current residence.

He is not intrusive and is very polite not to mention professional in every meeting. He assesses the problem and fixes the issue in a timely manner.

In response to the negative feedback below. What is wrong with trying to fix the issue first before spending unnecessary money on buying a new appliance when the current one can be fixed. The following comment must have come from a High Maintenance tenant that should think first before accusing Larry of neglecting their needs. I believe these comments are coming from a “Negative” individual that needs a reality check.

In the past 3 years we have had to call Larry to fix appliances and the jobs were completed efficiently & effectively.

We are so pleased with Larry Day that due to his efficiently; we have recommended his services to others. These individuals are as well pleased with renting or having Larry rent their own properties.

I give Larry Day 5 gold stars to rent from or rent your property for you!!!!

If you want a landlord that is all in your business and will not respond in a timely manner don’t call Larry Day.

Great person to rent from. Larry Day, owner, has been the best landlord we have ever had. We have been renting a house from him for four years now and never had any problems. That saying, we are always on time with the rent, though. I haven't used him as an agent, but we have had a great experience working with him. He is flexible and helpful.

Stay away from this guy. By far the worst rental agent I've come across. Look around and you'll find much better agents. On the other hand, he's a good talker if that's what you're looking for.

you will find better than him. He is not buyers agent, he acts like a seller agent. Works hard to get you a house which will turns out not a good house for you, i am so sure about that. Do not buy any property from him, you will regreat it.

50-50%. If you do not buy or rent a house from him in short time, you will end up having faulty home which will have so many repairs you have to make.

As a buyer's agent he is not a good diplomat at all actually, he is scared of loosing his contract so he will not negotiate anything with seller. Also may make you nervous that you might loose the house.

I end up with a house which has so many issues and i need to spend another few hounds to repair.

Most other independent buyer's agent will give you rebate between 40 - 50% what he/she gets but Larry will give only 2% from his commission.

Don't use his home inspector because that home inspector doesn't find any problems in the house but if you carefully walk in house step by step you will find your self so many things to be repair. For example home inspector will not even say anything about carpet is bad and need to change and will not say anything if any place in stairs making any squeeze noise.

Yes, he is flexible about time and place to meet for your next house to visit.
