I am an original Cary resident and have been going to Dry Clean City since 1999 when they first opened. I love the store and not because they don't make mistake once in a while but because they are consistent and the customer service is excellent. Its also American owned and a real mom & pop place... "original owners" ...if you ever have any cleaning questions ask the owners there and they are always accommodating... Wonderful place !

Love it !. Great GREAT prices ! THEY always have extra discounts... I took my comforter ! KING Down Comforter to them ... It coast me $9 bucks and came out like bran new. It was even put in a special bag for summer storage. I also have two friends that had there wedding dress done there and WOW again Great Job... Thanks Guys

Great Cleaner. I really Love Dry Clean City/// I am not sure about the below review, Must be there competition because these guys are on the ball. Great Price and Even Better Customer service. Don't take my word for it give them a try.

Unethical Business. Worst dry clean experience. They do not stand behind their mistakes. In addition, you cannot find anybody to make a decision about the problem. If you care about your garments do not use Drycleancity

Worst Cleaner in Cary (maybe all of NC). The owner and store manager do not understand the concept of good courteous customer service. For the few pennies saved, you will be rudely treated, called a liar and receive sub standard work. Avoid this establishment at all costs. Eventually as the bad reputation of this store spreads, the owner may get the point. It is a sweatshop at best. if you complain, you will be threatened and then your email will be blocked. They do not care about the customer, so imagine what happens to your clothes. I pity the poor people who must endure such horrid working conditions.

Great Store. Five Star... Same day service and Great Quality. The store can be extremely busy on the weekends so parking can be tuff. The staff at the counter is great.
