Very poor customer service from one of the new massage therapists at the Cary location. Too bad, because Moonshadow has such great reviews. I was so appalled by this new therapist's bedside manner that I left before the massage even began. The manager's dismissiveness and speaking rudely about another client did not help matters, either. Would not recommend this location.

Lovely Getaway. My husband and I went to Moonshadow Medical Massage of Cary for a couple's massage to celebrate our one year anniversary. It was a great experience! We had two people working with us for a 60 minute relaxation massage and it was definitely relaxing! Beautiful atmosphere, the ladies were very kind and helpful. My husband generally dislikes being touched by strangers, and as we were walking out he said "I could do that again!" We were both very impressed!

Lyla is the best. I've been receiving massages for years, and Lyla is among the very best. She immediately found my trouble spots and worked them tirelessly until they let go. I was going through a very stressful time, and Lyla listened patiently and helped me feel better in my body. I highly recommend Lyla and Moonshadow.

Lyla Warner is a great massage therapist!. Over the last 10 years, I've had many massages for chronic neck and back pain with numerous massage therapists. Since moving to Cary a year ago, I've been to a few therapists in town and Lyla is one of the best. This was the first time I had a massage by her. She knows how to find the knots, work them out and get you out of pain. She puts you at ease and makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. I like that she doesn't talk during the massage too because usually when I have to get a massage, I'm there due to pain and I don't feel like talking. I will definitely see Lyla again!

Moonshadow Medical Massage. My son and daughter in law who live out of state choose Moonshadow as a Christmas gift to me. I received a full 60 minute massage (no short changing on the time) that addressed exactly what my areas of concern were.

Best massage ever. Miriam, the owner, took the time to ask me questions beforehand. Afterwards, she actually followed up--who follows up after a massage? She suggested I consider certain exercises and gym routines to help with specific posture problems. I also learned afterwards that I had received a "medical massage" from a licensed occupational therapist. I thought I was just showing up to use a gift certificate but received much, much more. I'll go back here again and recommend it to everyone.

They are the GREATEST!. Mimi and her associates are wonderful!!! I have never had a better massage than from Moonshadow. I'm looking forward to my next appointment! The environment alone is relaxing. If you haven't experienced a massage at Moonshadow Therapy you are really missing out.

Be good to your self. The care received at Moonshadow is definitely designed to meet the specific unique needs of each individual. I go for a massage every three weeks to maintain flexibility, but the help received from Miriam goes beyond the office. I have been given exercises that can be done at home and work to strengthen my weak spots. My goal is to one day just go for a relaxing non- therapeutic massage and totally enjoy the comforting environment of soothing music and candles.

Quality care. I've had a pregnancy massage and some deep tissue work done by the staff at Moonshadow. These experiences were excellent each time and I walked away feeling less tension, refreshed and relaxed. They listen carefully to your concerns and target their treatment to the problem/affected areas. I would highly recommend them and only wish I could personally afford to go more regularly for such high quality treatment.
