Do Not Shop Here. My boyfriend purchased a necklace from here for me. There were some issues with the chain so I went back to exchange it (he had purchased an extended warranty so I didn't think there would be an issue). The salesman I spoke with said I was "lying" and that I was trying to trade in an old chain for a new one-which it wasn't the original chain that came with the pendant. I have never felt so embarrassed or had such a horrible experience. If you value customer service do not shop here.
