Service is terrible and pizza was cold. I have been a long time Salvio's customer but no longer. I waited over an hour for delivery and when it arrived, the pizza was cold. While waiting for my pizza, I called Salvio's 3 times. They did not apologize nor care nor could they tell me anything but be patient. I experienced a very similar situation almost 2 months ago at Salvio's when I went to pick up my pizza. I thought I would give them another try before giving up on them. Needless to say, I am taking my business elsewhere.

Don't mistreat your customers. If you deliver good customer service your customer will tell 3 people about it, if you deliver bad customer service your former customer will tell 30. Thanks to the internet now billions of people can see how bad you did.

My experience with Salvio's tonight was the worse experience I have ever had in my life. Salvio's has been on a downhill slide for a while now and tonight they just went over the edge. If you order there make sure that you get what you order prepared the way you wanted it because if you want to speak to the manager about the problem they have none. The food shows a lack of concern but the service is even worse. The service shows a "better than the customer attitude" that should never be the case. If you complain you're a trouble maker, if you say something bad about the place, they will never forget you. Well remember this guys, the customer is always right even when he's wrong, that's how you can have a thriving business. As such there's never a wait to eat there. So you can get a dirty table fast, maybe they'll even wipe it down for you, maybe.

Deep Dish Pizza...Where have you been all my life?. I went to Salvio's for lunch today and had a slice of the deep dish. I've been going to Salvio's for 3 years and have never seen the deep dish there before.

In a word, WOW! The sauce was bright, the cheese gooey and there was an unmistakable flavor of good quality extra virgin olive oil....and at $2.75 for a very large slice, it's a steal! Hopefully they will put the deep dish (and the ricotta pizza - hint, hint) on the regular menu.

Really Disappointed Lately. The first time we went there we found the pizza to be 2nd to none. In the last two visits we were really disappointed. First we order the 18" cheese pie. When it was brought to our table the bottom was seriously burned. I complained and they offered another but I asked for a refund. We took some friends there on 6/4 and order the same pizza. When we tried to pick up a slice the whole center of the pie was like soup. We ate what we could and did not complain, I noticed that the table next to us also ordered a pizza and returned it twice. Could not figure out what the complain was. The people behind the counter looked different and don't remember seeing them before. What we ate was good, but we were disappointed. Will not try again. Has a new owner taken over?

Best Pizza Around. My family and I love Salvio's food. We have tried the pizza, spaghetti & meatballs, lasagna and meatball sub. Everything tasted wonderful and was the way italian food should be. We try something new every time we go and have not been disappointed yet. The first time I went I just stopped in for a quick lunch in between my weekend chores lokking pretty shabby but was treated like I was their most important customer. You should go there! DELICIOUSO!

Best pizza in Cary. A great NY/Philly style pizza. Great crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside crust. The right amount of sauce. The quality and taste is tops.

Best Pizza I've found in Wake County so far!. I Love good Pizza (despise bad pizza). We heard about Salvio's from a couple of my Son's friends, (isn't it funny how that "Word of Mouth" stuff works ?). Whether or not it's intentional, the flavors of the all-natural ingredients in their Pizza explode! And not in the single, melded sense. It's actually.....well, ....Fun to eat!

We used to order our Pizza with several toppings in an attempt to get good flavor. No more! Salvio's Pepperoni and Cheese is more than enough to excite the taste buds! Great Stuff Guys....Keep it up!............oh, the two Less-than-Stellar Reviews below..........Obviously written by Low-Skill Competitors ! Note that this is each one's only review....not very trustworthy.

Just like NY Pizza!. They have the best pizza in the triangle by far. It is as close to NY pizza that you can get this south. It is owned by 2 brothers who are young but know how to make a great pizza and thats all that matters.

Best pizza in Cary. Excellent Pizza! Don't know what the the last review is talking about. Dought has always been awesome! I eat there atleast twice a week.

What Happened?. I used to get pizza at this place for the last year and it was absolutely great, all of the sudden the dough started to get really chewy and the overall quality went down hill. Did it change ownership? I'm really disappointed since I live really close to this place. Now I need to find a new place.
