Wasted time & resources, Poor medicine, Poor recommendation, Poor service. Unsure of motives/mindset leading to under-treatment of my pet, but Dr. Albright poorly recommended crate rest and NSAID for trauma injury dog, after making us wait hours for Xray and her "assessment" of said Xray. Went to 2 other vets, one ortho specialist, all recommended surgery immediately, and dog should not have had to wait...horrible medicine @ Crossroads! Instead of looking at nutrition for skin problems, kept throwing shampoos, topicals, and oral antibiotics/steroids at dog. Changed diet to high quality ingredients after stopping all meds (pred gradually) and skin cleared...thanks to Colony Park's MANY great vets and quality care. Office/assisting? staff at Crossroads is harried, rushed, often incoherent, sloppy, and just don't go out of their way to care for and welcome you and your pets. Poor "touch" with critters. Poor medicine. I saw that they do some medical care pro-bono for rescues, but I also saw one of these sit in the lobby with me forever, just to drop the pet off, as they refuse to see a pet for appointment or immediately if part of some rescue program. The cat was salivating crazily by the time they finally got it! DO NOT Recommend these folks!
