Great Service!. I heard from a friend that all the gowns in the store were 50%. So I ran over as soon as possible. I didnt need and appointment and the girl was very nice on the phone. Once I got there the girl at the front (I think her name was Addy) was very helpful. She seemed like she was really trying to help me find a dress and not get in my wallet. We tried on a couple gown and once we figured out a certain style looked great Addy went and pulled some gowns for me. I fell in love with one by Maggie Sottero but when she told me we couldnt order it bigger b/c it was discontinued I was alittle disappointed, now I see why all the gowns were 50% off. Over all my experience was great, great customer service and help. Only suggestion is have more gowns that can be ordered. Thanks!

horrible service, lazy employees and an owner that gives you bad vibes. Seems like there are two locations for the bridal boutique of raleigh on citysearch..find the other one b/c there are MANY negative reviews. My experience was that I bought my wedding dress from this shop at a 15% discount b/c it was a sample. I was promised for it to be cleaned (even made them write it on the receipt) and when I went to pick it up 3 weeks later i could tell just by looking at it that it hadn't been cleaned. the owner (who is not very friendly or personable) tried to argue with me about the dress saying that the dress picked up lint off the carpet..when i showed her the BIG BLACK mark on the underslip she shut her mouth and promised it to me the next saturday. I came in (and this is the only reason for the second star) and she had the dress hanging in the back and it looked GREAT. (they get the first star for carrying maggie sottero)

Their sister store has a much bigger selection in Cary (mcgregor village) and I went there with a friend recently hoping the owner wouldn't be there (she makes you really uncomfortable) b/c she owns both but low and behold she was there...my friend is going to write a separate review on our experience there..our service was horrible and they sat there staring at us the whole time...only voluntarily helping us once to give us a dressing room...i did the rest of the work for my friend including getting clips to clip the dress and asking the SEAMSTRESS to help us with shoes. (which the owner apparently didn't like too much b/c she immediately came over and was all in a fit asking us (or her) what we were doing..."are they here for a fitting???") yeah the dress wasn't even zipped up at all...we were here for a fitting. ?!?!?!? didn't make any sense....but her two employees that were sitting in the chairs (so that makes 3 employees plus her not helping) finally told her we were trying on dresses. worst part. NO ONE ELSE in the store but us!!!

ABSOLUTELY WORST EXPERIENCE!!!. So I went to the Raleigh Bridal Boutique to get my bridesmaid dresses because it was close to my work. Some of my girls went into the store to get measured and the owner was rude to them. I ordered a swatch to make sure the tuxedos will match the dresses. They told me that the swatch would be in at the end of a week. I waited two weeks and when I did not receive a phone call, I went by the store. The OWNER told me that the swatch was not in and that she would call when it came in. I never heard from them again until I got a phone call that my dresses were in. When I addressed the owner about this, she was extremely rude and refused to refund my money for the swatch because they could not call me because I did not write my number on the order form. I informed her that 1) the sales associate filled out the form and 2) how in the world did they call me to let me know my dresses were in if they did not have my phone number. The whole conversation, she talked over me and was very rude. When my mother called because it was on her credit card, the owner hung up on her. In all of the planning I have done, this has been the worst experience I have ever had. I will never go into the store again and I hope that future brides stay clear of this store to eliminate some of the headaches that come with going in there.

best service friendly professional staff. I went in not knowing what to expect. This small shop had so many beautiful gowns I almost found it hard to choose. The friendly and knowledgable staff stuck with me the whole time. With their help I found my perfect wedding gown. Great bridemaid's dresses too!!! Thank you Bridal Boutique you made my day!!!
