Since 1996, The NWCH has become North Raleigh's favorite little coffehouse. Why? Well, some of our regulars say it's the cozy surroundings, which is laced with velvet chairs, brilliant artwork, and textured walls. Others say we simply pour the best cup of coffee in town (thanks to our local roaster, Larry's Beans). While the rest of our customers are hooked on our unique menu of Californian wraps and yummy desserts. Rest assure, at The New World, there's something here for everyone. So, come on in, relax and escape the daily grind.

i love this place! after working at a coffeehouse and being accustomed to making my drink exactly the way i like it, i thought nothing else could compare. but man, new world does me right. they make my complicated drink lickity split! i have no complaints. they also have really good vegan cookies. awesome lil place.

I really like this place! They have a huge drink menu, and lots of food, too. I loved their iced chai. I would have ordered a large if they had one. I've also been there for a book club meeting and especially enjoyed the atmosphere. It's different than your average chain location and much cozier, with a separate room in the back if you want a more quiet space.

The coffee served is Fair Trade/ Organic and locally roasted as well. Starbucks is burnt charred remains of what used to be some Congo sickened beans, so no wonder the guy before didnt like the coffee, he has no taste buds! But seriously, its a great spot and they do have amazing coffee!
