hmm. The food was really good ...even though our waiter got my order wrong after asking me three times.. servers standing around a lot which doesn't bother me really unless you're seated right next to their server station.

So basically, bad service..wrong food..took forever to get waiters attention but the food made up for it :)

Not a good time.. We went for dinner and then to stick around for some drinks with friends afterwards..it took forever to get our food which was a few simple items..then the server ploped out food down and never came back until we went to the bar to get her and get our check. The staff could care less aout service.

The bar had one or two people..i did not want to have a drink with. We left and will not be back. Not the "nice" little place like i had expected.

Great Sunday Brunch. We have been to Pipers for lunch and dinner but had not been in for the brunch. It was outstanding. The only down side was the wait, but it was worth it.

Awful manager, poor food. My husband and I ate there tonight. He ordered fish and chips for fourteen dollars and I ordered the crabcake sandwich that came out cold in the middle. I told the waitress and she took it back. I waited fifteen minutes for another sandwich while my husband finished his greasy, tasteless fish. For fourteen dollars. When my crabcake sandwich finally arrived, I asked her to take it back because my husband had finished eating and we came here to have dinner together. Not separately. I asked for the manager. After explaining the situation, she got an 'attitude' and said that now they'd have to throw two meals away. I responded that if they had done it correctly the FIRST time that would not be a problem. She really irritated me when she tried to give me a guilt trip for not being happy with my cold, crabcake sandwich. She excused herself and soon the chubby part owner came over. He had an attitude immediately and when I tried to explain the problem, he just kept talking over me. He was rude, he had an arrogant attitude and kept saying how much money he makes at his restaurant and couldn't understand why I was not happy with the meal. I tried to explain that when my husband and I go out to dinner we like to dine TOGETHER and I certainly expected a crabcake sandwich to be at least WARM on the inside. Again, he didn't listen, started talking over me and that's when I left the table. The food was tremendously overpriced, the staff certainly not gracious and we would never go back. Go to Winston's. A much better atmosphere where you'll at least feel like you're having a nice evening out. Go to Duffy's. Both places serve tremendously better food and you don't get an 'attitude' if you might have a problem with your food. This place definitely caters to a lower class of people, who probably think an evening out at a kind of run-down bar, with overpriced, greasy food is a fun night out. The owner definitely fits that category. Complete with dirty shorts, messy shirt and just an unkempt appearance. One has to wonder what the kitchen looks like. Scary, I would guess. Don't go.

Great Place. I was at the Pipers Tavern a few Saturdays ago around 10ish, I walked in and it was a little quite for a bar but I was quickly noticed and asked if I could be seated. Once I was sat I was greeted by a very talkative young lady. She was able to make an excellent recommendation from the menu even though they were only serving appetizers and pizzas. My husband and I were pleasantly surprised the service we received and the food. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone but would fore warn those that do not smoke to be aware, as My husband and I smoke and were sitting in the smoking section it didn't bother us, but the restaurant is in an older building and can get fairly smoky. The food was great along with the service I received. Go and enjoy!

Not Much Going on Here.. We had a group of five go to this place around 10:30pm on a Saturday night. One friend got there before the rest of us and went in to get us a table. He told the hostess that a group of our size would be coming in a few minutes, to which she replied, "so." Anyway, he grabbed a table, and the rest of the group got there about ten minutes later. While he waited, the server NEVER came over, so he never received a menu, a drink, or any type of service. When we finally got there we waited another ten minutes until the server finally came over. She was apologetic, but apparently, the staff does not pay attention to their customers if a group can sit that long before being noticed! So, we placed our orders...only appetizers are available at that time of the evening. The wings and potato skins were excellent and you get your money's worth, however, our drink order was messed up a few times. Again, the staff was simply occupied with issues other than what they're being paid to do. Drink prices were affordable, food was good, but the service was poor and the staff certainly wasn't welcoming. I'm a great fan of the pub atmosphere, but I would not recommend this place to anyone, sadly.

not go back. not much space to park.i went to the restaurant.manangement say hostess and waitress be rude. not do anything. hostess only nice to tables with males and children. and the waitresses the same.the same rudeness by hostess and waitress. not volunteer to wait on female tables, walk away from female customers without explination and not come back.,while female customers talk to them they leave.not say much to female customers, rude talk to them and leave female customers to talk to males.the waitstaff and host/hostesses take the crumbs off the table.put them on the floor and not clean it up. food also on the floor, not busy restaurant.it not cleaned up. the waitresses also rude to female customers.not volunteer to bring food, bill, and drink.tell female customers, not want to write down food order.they do not want to do it.females have to ask waitresses to come back to table to finish waiting on them,do what not volunteer to do/job requirements. waitresses try to start fights with customers, interrupt while females talk to them, rush to get rid of them, give bill and food run away. also waitresses complain to customers they hate management, ask for tip money and complain they not get money much.

Good place!. I love the coziness of this place. The outdoor seating is great, even though all the tables are all together it still has a private feel to it, that is always nice. The staff are very nice and friendly. Its a very fun and relaxing place to go. We went on a saturday night and were seated promptly and our service was very fast, we were very pleased with that.

The best Sunday Brunch ever. The breakfast is the best I have ever had on Sunday. Fried chicken, sausage ,grits, gravy, eggs fresh cut ham, very excellent.

They also have a few attractive women working there!

I've only been there for the Sunday Brunch so that is the limit of my review, and it was great stuff.
