poor employees. I asked the young white male what was the dessert and pointed toward an item. He said dessert pizza. And refused to tell me what was on the pizza.

Not worth the price. The salad bar toppings were limited and useless. The carrots were whole baby carrots and there was no cheese. They have to have shredded cheese on site, why not put some on the salad bar? The pizza was OK. Not much variety. For the price, I could go to Pizza Hut.

Great customer service and affordable pizza joint. I highly recommend the CiCi's Pizza at Falls of Neuse Rd. I went there for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. There was plenty of space - it is family friendly, there is space for kids to run around. Asst. Manager Crystal Godwin was very nice. When I went it, I told her, this was my first time as CiCis..she came to my table later, to check if everything was fine. She also explained that they can customize any pizza that we want. For example, if someone asks for only Tomato, Onion and Cheese pizza and they'll make it. I loved the experience. Going alone was not intimidating as in some restaurants. They were getting warm pizzas out quickly. My favorite - Cheese pizza with alfredo sauce. Brownies were melt in the mouth variety. I really liked that in a low price, I could taste a variety of different pizzas. I highly recommend this location.
