Doesn't handle complaints professionally. I had an experience where a massage was advertised as 45 minutes, but from the time I entered the room until the time I left was only 35 minutes.

I wrote a letter of complaint. I received no reply. Ten days later I sent another message. I did receive a reply after the second message.

I was told that the 45 minutes was the total door-to-door time. I replied back that the door-to-door time *was* only 35 minutes. I send this mail on September 15th, and as of today (October 2nd) I have still not recieved a reply.

To be fair, when the service is rendered as advertised, it is very good.

Great visit!. I was on business in the RTP, and someone recommended this spa to me. I had a wonderful time at la therapie. The services were great, and on time (very important to me since I'm so busy). My technicians were very professional and knowledgeable, they also made me feel really comfortable. BIG plus, you can also have your hair done after treatments. I hear this is a new thing at the spa-they offer hair services as well.

I highly recommend this place. Go see for yourself.

GREATEST SPA IN THE TRIANGLE - POSSIBLY THE STATE!. I am a bit of a spa junkie and have gone to spas in many areas.

I love La Therapie as it truly is such a great atmosphere and the technicians are so well trained. I walk in the door and immediately just feel relaxed and ready to start "me" time in a place that is so very warm and inviting. I have had wonderful massages, whether it is for relaxation or sore muscles, they always seem to find the tight muscles and relax them. I love the facials, my skin is just glowing and for days after I have one people comment on how great my skin looks! I do buy products there so I know that makes a difference in my skin. I do not, however, feel pressured to buy any product, which is a pet peeve of mine!

Anyone looking for a professional, fantastic and relaxing spa experience, in the triangle, MUST give La Therapie a try - you will NOT be disappointed in any way. You will just be sad that you can't go every day!

Love La Therapie!. La Therapie is awesome! The staff is professional, but always friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is purely decadent but without being unapproachable. The treatments are divine but also very effective for curing whatever ails you. I can't wait to visit laTherapie again!

La Therapie - Simply the bee's knees.. Love La Therapie!!!! Best spa in the triangle. You have to see Megan for massage,she's the cat's meow.Courtney is the greatest esthetician a girl could ask for. You must try the Triple Oxygen facial - it's simply the best. All the staff is amazing and the front desk girls are so fantastic!

Don't waste your time anywhere else!!!-- La Therapie is the BEST. I have been going to La Therapie for years for waxing- Becca is awesome! & massage- Audra and Shannon- can't beat them. They are opening a hair salon this year and I will definitely be going to try it out! The front desk staff is so personable and they always remember my name when I come in, it is so nice! If you're looking for a spa La Therapie is the place to go, no question!!

SIMPLY THE BEST!. Great place for some R & R. Great, refined decor, very friendly, knowledgeable staff, and most importantly to me ? clean. They have all sorts of services, the prices are acceptable for the value you get. Best thing on their menu: triple oxygen facial. Must try item! See for yourself, you will be surprised your skin can look that good. This is their only location, so they paid some serious attention to detail (both, atmosphere and treatment). Two thumbs up!!

Simply the BEST!!!!. I just had the Blueberry Facial yesterday at La Therapie Spa and I am so pleased with the overall experience. I loved Courtney (my expert!), the products, the beautiful decor and the service. I will definitely return to La Therapie Spa real soon!

I know that there are some unhappy reviews of La Therapie Spa but trust me, they are really the best. Unfortunately, in this type of business - you can't please everyone. Try them out for yourself...

Great Customer Service, unbeatable treatments. Best spa, period. I have visited La Therapie Spa at Preston many times, and wouldn't go anywhere else. Their service is always friendly and if someone does not know the answer to your question they go and figure it out. The girls at the front desk are very informative and always have smiling faces. The atmosphere is perfect for relaxing! I have been there with my boyfriend and with some girlfriends and La Therapie is great for both! The treatments are grreeeaaat, I had the best theraputic massage of my life (and that's saying something). Someone told me that they are coming out with new body treatments and facials and I can't wait to try them out!!!

You MUST try La Therapie!. This was my first time at a spa, and I'll defintely be going back! I chose La Therapie because of their beautiful website, and was blown away when I walked in the door. The decor is absolutely exquisite...I felt immeditately relaxed. The front desk was so friendly, and made sure I had everything I needed and felt comfortable. Even the music was perfect!

After changing into the most comfortable robe ever, I sat in their inhalation room. What a treat! It warmed me up and the eucalyptus vapors soothed me all over. All of the treatment rooms are upstairs, and that's where I had my first ever facial and massage. The therapists explained exactly what they were going to do, and were so friendly! I left my massage with Aaron feeling like I was floating on air, and then went to my facial. Emily was so helpful! I have "problem skin" and she sorted out all my of worries and cleared up my face.

All in all, I cannot wait to go back. And I got a gift certificate for Christmas, so I'll be returning soon! And, now I know the perfect birthday gift for all of my friends :)
