Our "Big-Day" Album. The Bridal Album that New Image Studio designed for us, was so classy. Of course my fiance wouldn't show it to me till after "the Big-Day", but WOW! I can't believe the images that the artist selected...and the way in which they designed the Piece..truly a work of art.

It's sitting on our Living room table right now, and I'm enjoying showing it off to all that come through the door.

This business, for your business.. The advertising agency that I work for, put me in charge of finding and a photographer who specializes in website photography.

Naturally, I got onto Google to begin my search. I came across New Image Studio almost immediately. This led to a phone call...which led to me hiring Tom...which then led to amazing pictures.

New Image Studio did an incredible job, and their customer service has been a pleasure.

I highly recommend this business, for your business!

5*STARS* for sure!. We just had our engagement photos taken with New Image Studio, and the entire experience was great. Tom and his staff are professionals, and they did a superb job with making my fiance and I comfortable...which is necessary for two camera-shy people.

The real story. I was just alerted that this e-mail was posted about our company. I feel that I have to jump in and present the other side (theirs always another) of this story. I did send an e-mail summarizing my thoughts and what I thought was a fair solution to this. The only thing it doesn't say is that we coached this client in all ways on how to get a superior product...it is for this service, the multiple visits, phone calls and e-mails, and just the total time spent that we charged the fee that we did.Please read the reply from New Image Studio and you can be the judge of this..

Back in the saddle here...So I thought about your job that we started for you....here is where we are. We have had two face to face meetings, we have also brought your images in and categorized them to begin the work that you have asked for. We also have several back and forth e-mails between us and several phone calls. To date we have spent about two hours (total) getting ready to take this on...how bout we charge you for the time spent and we just knock it of the final price of that album that you say want to eventually do.

My hourly rate (with camera in hand) is around $200...but this is what I would consider soft work, or $75 hourly rate....I know times are tough (for all of us) but we have spent our time in good faith with and for you......How bout $100 for those two hours.

I will be out of the office tomorrow till after 2, but can be reached then to discuss or get your stuff ready for you.

Keep up the good work, New Image Studio!. My husband and I were referred to New Image Studio through friends and family, and had a wonderful experience with them. They were not only thorough in explaining all the details, they did an incredible job. As a matter of fact, we have another shoot lined up with them this spring.

We were so thrilled with the albums!. We were so thrilled with the albums that New Image Studio put together.....and to tell you the truth, I have never seen anything like those Metallic albums either.

It reminded me of something that I would see on a coffee table at a Hi-powered Ad agency up in New York.
