Thanks Darren and Staff!!. Great service in Apex, NC. Darren and his staff were great to work with. They did a great job on touch up work on my bumper. I shopped around for several quotes, and they are the best around. Also very easy to work with!! Thanks guys!!

Quick Work with No Problems. I parked my car in front of my house (and unfortunately the driveway across the street) because it had snowed and my wife was already in the entrance to our driveway. The teenager across the street thought it would be a good idea to go out on the town that week night two hours after I couldn't walk up my own driveway because it was too slick. You can guess the result. I drove all over NC to find a door that matched the color of my car and Apex Auto Body Specialists had it on and nicely adjusted in no time. Thanks! Lindsey

Great Work!. We hit a deer on a Monday morning and Darrin had a tow truck pick up Tuesday afternoon. They did a great job on our new 2011 Ford Edge. We were so disappointed with the damage the deer did, $6,000 in damage to be exact (Thank goodness for insurance, State Farm was quick to respond as well). A week and a half later, we picked up our new Edge and was very happy with the price we were charged. It doesn't even look like there was any damage. Will definitely use these guys again if we have to, hopefully not soon.

Fantastic Job!. I recently had body work done at Apex Auto Body. I was rear-ended and needed my entire bumper replaced. Apex Auto Body was on the list of body shops whose work was "guaranteed" by the other driver's insurance company, and I selected them because I had read good reviews. I'm so glad I did! Here's why:

1. The turn-around time was short. I dropped my car off on a Monday morning, and I picked it up that Wednesday afternoon.

2. The work was EXCELLENT. The bumper looks beautiful and the paint matches perfectly. I also had to have the rear muffler/exhaust pipe replaced - it's as good as new!

3. The price is right. I wasn't too concerned about the price since the other driver's insurance was covering it. But the adjuster told me how much it cost, and I couldn't believe it! It was WAY lower than I had expected.

In the past I've had body work done at True2Form in Holly Springs. It was outrageously expensive, and it took them nearly TWO MONTHS to fix my car. The damage was fairly substantial (a drunk driver side-swiped the entire length of my car's driver side), but two months? About a year later I took my car to the Honda dealership where I purchased it because it was having problems. The biggest problem was that my car was shaking and making this horrible noise every time I made a turn. When I spoke to the mechanic after he checked it out, he inquired if I had any body work done on the car. I told him yes and asked him why - he responded by saying, "Were you aware that junk parts were used to repair your car?"

That's right - True2Form used junk parts to repair my car. Not used parts, but JUNK parts! No wonder it took them 2 months...they were waiting to find the perfect pieces of junk so they could make their "repairs." I have no IDEA why it was so expensive. They're ripping people off. In my opinion, price should directly corrrelate with quality.

Anyway, my point is this: If you live in the Cary/Apex/Holly Springs area (heck, if you live anywhere in Wake County) and are looking for top notch body work and incredible service at a good price, GO TO APEX AUTO BODY! Do NOT go to True2Form (unless, of course, you want junk parts put in your car).

Thank you Darin! Keep up the excellent work! I will definitely be coming back the next time I need to have body work done.

Excellent customer service and performance.. Class ownership ensures like performance. Customer service appears to have become a dying art among many large-scale operations. Not so with this shop, whose staff truly and sincerely performs at a high level with both the tangible and intangible aspects of small business. In this case, small does not indicate lesser; rather personalized, competent excellence.

Darin Fridley, owner and manager, anticipated my needs, offered intuitive and creative solutions, initiated follow.up contact with both myself and the insurance adjuster.agency as well as rental company, and seamlessly controlled all aspects of service and restoration within the time frame anticipated, far exceeding all expectations despite numerous obstacles. Such impeccable service should be honored.rewarded.
