Andy On Call. I used Andy on call for a roof leak repair about 16 months ago. In the process of trying to repair the leak, they dented my gutter. At first they denied that it was their fault, then finally replaced the gutter after I kept calling. Then, I realized that the leak wasn't fixed at all. I actually figured out where the leak was myself and called them back and they fixed it....finally...but I had to do their homework. I also had them replace two "boots" that fit around bathroom exhaust pipes. I just realized that they have both been leaking (ceiling and sheetrock damage in the house), so I went into the attic and I could see light coming in around the base of each boot. I just went onto the roof and discovered they they only used half the number of nails that they should have (there are nail guides), so I nailed it in and sealed it myself. I will never use this company again.
