Capital Shutter and Blinds was recommended to me by my real estate agent. I live in Durham, and they happily drove 45 minutes to measure and give me a free quote. Within 2 weeks, I had my blinds installed, and they are beautiful. They also put a custom shade in behind my blinds in my master bedroom for the blackout effect. If you are looking to get beautiful custom blinds installed at an affordable price, definately give them a call. They were $300 less than Best Blinds. The work is amazing, and the staff is very friendly. I would highly recommend them.
