happy with the tattoo, but not the service

I really wanted to like my experience there. The store looks amazing, the people at the front desk were great, friendly, sweet.

I do like my tattoo - its just what I wanted and he did a good job - but maybe its because I'm a middle-aged mom, not a hot young chick, but the person doing my tattoo barely acknowledged my presence the entire time I was there. It was really awkward!.

I had to go back to get it touched up a bit since the color was spotty after healing and it was the same situation! He was pleasant enough when he greeted me, but barely spoke to me while working and really didn't fix the color correctly. Its like he couldn't wait to be finished.

I'd go again but definitely get another artist. I've read the reviews, and others seem to really like him, so I'll just chalk it up to him being age-ist. Another older friend went there and got a different artist and she had a super positive experience so I won't give up on them completely.

Extremely Friendly!

I just had my nose pierced at blue flame yesterday. Jason was my piercer and he did an excellent job. He walked through all of the steps of aftercare with my mom and I before he pierced me. We had to wait a little while but it was worth it. He has answered so many of my questions through email and has been very understading with me through the whole process. The shop looks great. It is very clean with private rooms and it is very stylish looking. I would definantly reccomend Jason for any piercings. If I ever get another I will definantly go back to him. Thanks blue flame!

Excellent Customer Service & Kick A** Atmosphere

This studio is one of the cleanest places I have ever seen. When you walk in you are helped right away, the desk people can answer any questions you have right off the bat. What I liked was that the artists don't seem like you are wasting their time, they pay full attention to you, and try to understand what you are looking for, instead of sending you to the flash books for ideas. I came out of the shop with a beautiful tattoo that couldn't have been done any better
