Excellent Turkish Fare!!!. my husband & i have been to Bosphorous a couple of times now & both times the food & the service were excellent.....i would highly recommend the adana kebab & the eggplant salad ...... the freshly baked bread is yummy....owner is very friendly & makes you feel entirely at home.... gem of a place in the heart of cary!!!…

Wonderful!!. After passing by "Bosphorus" many times and wondering what it was all about, my fiance and I finally decided to give it a try. I'm so sorry that we didn't go there sooner!! Our waiter was very friendly and willing to help us and answer any questions we had. The meze platter appetizer is amazing...it comes with an assortment of turkish dips (including hummus and cucumber dip) and warm bread. Both the hummus and the cucumber dip were the best I've ever had ANYWHERE period. The entrees were also wonderful with plenty to take home for later. We finished off with baklava...they aren't stingy with the portions like most places! We look forward to introducing our friends and family to this wonderful place!!…

Great food, friendly service. Think family, not fancy, but the food is delicious and the staff is friendly. Although standard middle eastern dishes like hummus, kebobs and baba ghanoush are served, everything has distinct touches and very finished flavors. The kebobs were tender and seasoned perfectly, served with bulghar wheat pilaf (giving the dish a kind of eastern European feel) and salad. The ali nazik, which seems to be a new addition to the menu, was delicious. It's an adana kebob (spicy ground beef and lamb) served with a homemade tomato sauce and a yogurt sauce on chunks of bread. It was refreshing to taste carefully crafted variations on middle eastern classics and I would definitely recommend a visit if you want to experience very high quality fare at a reasonable price. With appetizers and dessert (custard and rice pudding, both delicious) it was $50 for a family of three.…

Great Turkish Food!. This place is now known as Bosphorus Restaurant. It is a small restaurant with great customer service and excellent food. We've gone here about 10 times in the past year and each time we come out satisfied with the quality of the food, the price of the food, the amount of food, and the service. The menu has a variety of dishes that are all well prepared. I would recommend this restaurant to anybody!…
