Oh What a Feeling!. I walk into this Ice Cream shop and everyone is saying "Hi, welcome to Cold Stone". I felt like I was in blockbuster renting a movie! Then they asked me what my favorite IC was and I replied French Vanilla. They proceeded to help me with my decision because I was taken back by the amount of things I could mix into my ice cream. I had something called Grandmas Greatest and it was the best ice cream I've ever had. I will continue to give my buisness to this fine establishment. Thanks Cold Stone!

Spadetaculous. ColdStone Creamery is the best icecream shop to open here in the triad! With both the excellent quality of their products and the wonderful service of their staff, it makes you want to never buy icecream anywhere else.

Best In Town. Hands down, the best ice cream in the Triangle and the friendliest service. The singing is great and makes the place fun and upbeat. And, to correct the last reviewer's factual error, the staff sings for tips, not for everyone that walks in the door! Give this place a try today!

Good but obnoxious singing. The ice-cream is very good but that singing they do is pretty dreadful. It seems like some marketing thing they do to differentiate themselves from the competition but it's a bit too goody-2-shoes for me. Everytime someone walks through the door the staff break out into some hideous rendition of some sacharin-sweet tune like the Brady Bunch Theme. Yuck! What a headache.

"Just Sit right Back and Enjoy your Cone. ...i used to go to marble slab all the time with my family, until i got a coupon for coldstone...we decided to go try it out and let me tell you, the service was great...the songs were spectacular...i would have felt bad by using the coupon. So the next day i drove over to marble slab and gave a family our coupon. they went over to coldstone. Let me tell you, its the place to go for fun family entertainment and great ice cream. There are unlimited varieties of ice cream creations. My favorite was the cheesecake fantasy...you have to try it...COLD STONE IS THE PLACE TO BE!

Creamaliscious. Great atmosphere, fun, happy, inviting. Service with a smile exemplified. Product and choices are spectacular. Great family fun. Definitely a destination!
