Great Doctor / Highly Recommend. My wife went to Dr. Gregg to have fat pockets removed from under her eyes. I was not happy about her decision to have the procedure done, but it wasn't my decision to make (another story for another day). I was also a lot more stressed about the procedure than my wife. In the end, it turned out great. Dr. Gregg was absolutely awesome when it came to educating us and ultimately assuaging my concerns. It was obvious that her and her staff were highly competent. They were also very friendly and welcoming - more so than most Dr.'s offices I've been to. Highly recommend.
Best Plastic Surgeon EVER!. The reviews below are so shocking to me as a recent patient of Dr. Greggs. I have been going to her office for other services for over 5 years and finally got to the point that I was ready to have a brow lift and upper and lower eyes done. It was a long and thoughtful process. Dr. Gregg is a caring physician and will not have you do anything that is either not needed or unsafe. My results are wonderful. People used to always say are you tired, angry, or sad ? It was the way my eyes sagged from nothing other than getting older. Dr Gregg turned back the hands of time and now I look 5 years younger. I look refreshed and feel wonderful and have had zero side effects. Unless you call all the compliments a side effect! I feel sorry for the women mentioned below but when you go into any type of surgery there are always risks and that must be considered carefully. Dr Gregg is great and my neice is going to go to her and I may go back in the future if I decide to do something else but for now I am very happy with the results I have had.
Beware. Dr. Gregg took great care when seeking my business but took very little care when doing my blepharoplasty surgery. The morning of my surgery she rushed in from exercising and carelessly drew the lines on my eyes for the surgery. The result is that one eye has a fold over the crease from an incision done in the wrong place on my eyelid, which impedes functioning and causes continual discomfort. The ugly scar is another result of poor surgical skills, but the constant discomfort is even more troubling. She presents as a very caring physician but is actually an incompetent surgeon with little regard for the patient. I would caution anyone to beware of Dr. Gregg and seek surgery elsewhere.
She was nice but..... She was very nice but I didn't choose her because she did not want to do do my lower eyes. I feel a competent facial plastic surgeon should be able to operate on eyes. I originally went to her because I thought that an expert in facial plastic surgery was the way to go for eye, neck and face plastic surgery. The popular opinion about this subject is that a great plastic surgeon should be an expert in all areas of the body.
Wonderful Dr. Gregg.
For many reasons, I think very highly of Dr. Gregg. I interviewed several doctor's in the triangle and Dr. Gregg (the last doctor I interviewed) was the only one who impressed me. During my informational interview, Dr. Gregg sat with me for about 30 minutes and patiently explained the procedure and answered all of my questions. She struck me as a very intelligent, competent, centered, and caring person. Never did I feel rushed or patronized. She told me to take my time and think about it - no pressure whatsoever. Her nurses/assistants were just lovely. I immediately made an appointment for the botox. Dr. Gregg herself did the procedure since I requested that she do so. She was extremely gentle and I experienced no discomfort at all. And the results were fabulous. My 11's are gone and my forehead is as smooth as it was 20 years ago.
My advise to anyone seeking plastic surgery or treatments such as botox is to interview a variety of doctors and to look past the hype of the ads that they often have marketing people put together for them. Also, look at the schools that the doctors attended for their med school training and post-graduate work, the amount of time they have been practicing, and how long they have been practicing in the area. Look at the before and after pictures. A good doctor will be more than happy to show you these. Dr. Gregg's are very impressive.
