Excellent physician and pleasant staff

Dr. Keith spent a great deal of time with me trying to find the cause of my persistent symptoms. He found out what was causing my problem and successfully treated me when no other doctor would take the time and listen to what I was saying. He discounted my bill, too, because I lost my job recently. I have been to him many times over the years and will keep on seeing him. He's a great doctor, and a kind person.

Great urgent care

Pleasant staff from the front to the back. " Rapid Response " lives up to its name in spite of numerous people in waiting room I was still seen promptly. Caring and competent clinical staff. I will be back to this pratice!!!!!!!!!!!

Urgent care...doesnt that mean they are there for you when you need them? well, these jokers sure arent'. twice just this year i have had to go down the street to a "real" urgent care with physicians who actually care. the place is run down, the doctor who owns it - i think - works more in the front on the plants than on his patients- is he really a doctor...of what I wander? when i do get it I get the PA anyway - and even she said she wont be around long. go somewhere else, there are many better alternatives

- Cons: if there's no one else waiting, you wonder why
