Customer No Service

so I made an appointment a few weeks ago for a very High Blood pressure. Have been patently waiting to be seen, but as we all work unforeseen events come up, and I had to be late for my appointment. I called to let the office know I would be late, and they said the appointment after mine was not filled, so no issues. Just to make sure I brought in the paper work. I filled it out online and had everything ready. Showed up (late as Informed them) and they said they would have to reschedule. Knowing we are in a area with the best DR's in the world I replied I would go else where. This sent the message that they did not care about me, or my health. I cared enough to inform that I would be late, and they didn't care. I got off work early to go, they didn't care. So Please think before making your appointment with this practice. I think they could care more if they wanted to. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRACTICE.

Ups and Downs

I have been there a few times for issues and the staff has always been nice to me. I like them having their own X-ray on site which saves time.
However, I needed to be referred and the wait time was 3 weeks!!! I was not told of this when I left the office that day and had to call to find that out. There is a woman on staff that does all the referrals for patients.
- Pros: Clean New Offices, Friendly Doctors
- Cons: 3 week wait for referrals

Worst Medical Office Ever!

Right from walking in the door you will notice the smell and see how dirty the place is. The "help" at the front desk" are rude and could care less about the patients. The PA actually came into the exam room and put his feet up on the chair! He did not seem to want to be there any more than the "help" at front.
Don't waste your time or your health.

- Cons: dirty and smelly in the office, rude front desk staff, really bad feel to the whole place
