Best Sales Person in NC. Dilshan Opatha is the man to see if you're looking for honesty, hard work, and product knowledge in a sales person. This is not to mention his great smile and polite mannerism. The differentiating factor about Dilshan is that I have felt that he was working on MY team during the entire purchasing process; saving my pocket and looking out for my best interest. Often times, you'd encounter sales persons who are out to get the very last dime out of you. Not in the case of Dilshan. The contrary; I felt like he was My own personal sales agent working hard to get me the best deal possible, and he sure did accomplish so, and I left the dealership with my new Dodge Ram very excited. In addition; Dilshan was able to get me two extra grands on my trade-in than any other dealership out there including CarMax. So I ended up saving money on both ends of the deal.
