Used to be good, now the receptionists make it unbearable!. I had been going to BROBGYN for 10 years, even had my first child with them. Apon finding out that I was pregnant again, I started to run into some challenges that I remember having before. The receptionists there are awful! They act like they hate their jobs, so they have to be b*****y with every patient on the phone. Recently I was having bleeding and cramping during my pregnancy and it was poo-pooed. One location the OB nurse was gone for the day ( It was 1:00),and the other location kept hanging up on me when they were trying to transfer me to her voicemail. I don't know if they just need to get organized or keep sweets around to keep everyone happy.

I switched doctors and already I am in love with them. None of the attitudes.…
