Rudest People Answering the Phone. I don't know why I went to my appointment considering how RUDE Laurie, the person who answered the phone is. So unbelievably unhelpful and RUDE. I was given a long list of RXs that my insurance won't cover and saw the dr for five minutes (and she is very odd). Don't go.

cancelled my appointment. I was hesitant to go to Dr. C's office after reading all the reviews.I still wanted to give them a chance and made an appointment. A day before I called to find out approximately how much time it would take for the session ,since I needed to be back at work. The receptionist was very rude and unhelpful. I canceled my appointment right away. I am Glad I made a wise decision.

Don't go there.. Feedback here is inline with my experience.

The one who wrote a review talking about 'short wait times' is probably another doctor..or her husband.

UGH. I would never recommend this place to anyone. The staff is incredibly rude, they make you wait forever and overall a bad experience. The first time I went I ended up waiting well over an hour and the doctor only saw me for about 10 minutes. I tried to catch her in the hall to answer a question I had after she left and was told by a nurse that I would have to wait in the waiting room for her to have an opening but that she was very busy that day and it could be over an hour. Then when I went to have some tests done, the doctor talked with the nurse as though I was not there the entire time and did not even acknowledge me. This office is filled with the rudest people I have ever encountered in a doctor's office before. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME

New age dermatology. 2 of us in the family waited to see the dr. We waited for over 1 hour and the people who were called into their rooms,1 hour before us , had still NOT seen the dr. We left. No one should wait this long. On top of that, the woman who came in after us, said she had read that this was a huge draw back to coming here. I think she left shortly after us. no dermatologist is worth waiting this long for your app. especially with the prices they charge. FIND SOME ONE ELSE!!!!

Long wait and horrible outcome. I was referred by my family physician to Dr. C. Anyway, I had been having severe acne problem since this summer. So finally in October, I went to see Dr. C and hope she could steer me in the right direction. First I had to wait close to a month for an appointment. Then when I got there on time, I still had to wait close to 45 minutes for Dr. C to see me. She took about two seconds looking at my face and then started throwing a crazy long list of prescriptions to her RN. I ended up spending close to $200 for that list of prescriptions. After using it for two weeks, my face got even worse. I had six new severe acnes popped up on my face all at once, on top of what I still had on my face. That was terrible timing for me because I had so much PR work at the time. So while I was at the hotel, I desperately caked up those new acnes with what I have always been using to fight existing acnes - Clearasil acne treatment. Then when I got home the next night, I stopped using all that stuff prescriped by Dr. C and which I had spent so much money on. Instead, I pulled out my old Proactiv 3-step facial cleaning regimen and started using it again. Then I continued using my Clearasil to fight the tough acnes on my face. That was the darn truth. After just a week, my face start clearing up and now after a month and a half, I am pleased to tell you that there are no more new acnes popped up on my face again (knocking on wood). The acne scars on my face are also fading away. I feel so much better now. And today I called the office to inform them that I won't be coming to the follow-up which was originally scheduled for next Monday. I don't see a reason to spend another $60 co-pay for nonsense. I did ask if anyone would want to hear my reasons but they didn't even care. They just said thank you for letting them know I cancelled the follow-up appointment. So you think I will ever go back or suggest them to my friends and family? Heck no!!

Short wait times. I've been to Dr. Chiritescu three times in the past two months and never waited more than five minutes to enter the exam room. Once the nurse was done, it wasn't even five minutes more before the doctor entered. Perhaps New Age Dermatology has taken these reviews to heart because I find the wait times are practically non-existent! I've had pleasant conversations both about my condition, and in general, with the doctor and two nurses, and I found all to be genuinely interested.

The doctor does move quickly, but I've never left feeling like I couldn't ask the questions I wanted answered.

Nothing new here really, just confirming others. I'm just confirming what others have said. I've been going there for over three years and am tired of putting up with the waiting! Plus Dr. C rarely spends more that a few minutes in the room and when I ask a question her accent is very hard for me to understand.

I've had a few questionable spots removed with no problem I have to admit but the rest is not worth it!

Long Waits. On average the waits are well over an hour. Even when I made the very first appointment of the day 6:30am, I sat in the waiting room for 20 minutes and the exam room for another 15. This is not due to 'unexpected treatments". It is due to a common total disrespect for others time by the entire staff, from the doctor down. I will be freeing up my space in her waiting room.

Long waits but good doctoring. Wait time is always an issue, and even once you get in an exam room, the wait continues. Dr. C, however, has never been less than informative, pleasant, and skilled. She has biopsied several spots for me and none (on face or body) has left any kind of scar. I truly feel that the doctor knows her stuff and wants her patients to understand fully what their situations are and the reasons for the treatment she recommends.
