Save yourself alot of hassle and shop elsewhere!!!. My husband and I purchased over $5000 in deck furniture from this store. They delivered the furniture and one of the pieces (table) was defective. They claimed that it would come in just a few weeks (we had already paid upfront) and it took SEVERAL months. I had to call this store many times and was given the run around every time and told they would call me when the table came in so it could be delivered. Well several more months passed and they NEVER followed up and were probably never planning to. When I finally called once again they then said the table would be in that week. However they never called us to let us know. I asked for compensation since we had waited so long and the manager said to wait until the table came in and he may consider that. So when the delivery people pulled up they said the manager of this store told them to pull the base off the loaner table I had and replace it on my new table since the table was scratched and the base was fine in the store's opinion. APPALLING since this was never mentioned to us until the delivery crew arrived . I called the manager and told him that was Cheap and inexcusable after we waited so patiently and dealt with incompetance. In summary, no courtesy credit was offered and I assume this was because I questioned his desire to take apart the loaner table to save himself the base of the new table?! The manager knew we were unsatisfied customers and truly did not care. Bottom line.....they already had our money! Shop elsewhere where you are treated with respect and courtesy. This was even more surprising considering how much money we spent at this store and we paid cash without even financing it!!!

Raleigh Patio Furniture. I had never been to a furniture store of just patio furniture. It was awesome to have such a grand selection for my outdoor area. It was even fun just walking around I have to admit. Anyway, great selection...nice customer service...overall great place.
