Worst Leasing Dept Ever!. Bad customer service and very rude!
Customer Service and Process Improvement at it's Finest.
Servicing my 7 year old lexus is always stressful for me--as I like to keep my $$ invested in anything other than car maintenance...
When I go to this Lexus dealership, I always know that they are going to be honest with me--tell me what my options are, and try to save me money at that moment. On top of having an excellent process to take care of their customers, the service is always expedited. If they can't finish it in a timely manner-they are happy to give you a loaner car--at NO COST--if you need to run errands or take it for the day. This is something other businesses don't or cannot afford to do.
Great set up all around. As a process improvement geek, I always notice --every time I go to this shop-they've done something to improve their process or service. They are exceptional and highly recommended.
Bad Service. Sales team and managers were not concerned enough about our business to even verify that the car we were finalizing a deal on was still on the lot. Several hours when we were coming in to sign the paperwork we were informed the car had been sold much earlier, even before the sales manager called us to finalize the deal. Go somewhere else.
Fantastic Experience at this dealership!. My experience with Johnson Lexus, I must say from the very first contact, via email, thru the delivery, it was the most professional and pleasant experience we have had!
