Worst experience ever!. I drove my car in 2 weeks ago to have the check engine light looked at and was told it only needed minor repairs. 2 hours later I receive a call saying my engine is gone and it is undriveable!! The manager claims it was nothing they did and the engine would have gone soon anyway (not their fault he says). Might I add i had no noticeable issues before I dropped it off. After waiting 2 weeks to hear from their insurance people just to tell me they would not pay a claim to help cover repair or replacement.... Colony Tire also said they wouldn't do anything to help fix even though I drove in my car and couldn't drive it out. "Sorry sir not our problem." I would also like to add it took them 3 visits to fix my wifes car that was having hesitation problems and the problem was quite evident... a simple test drive from them after repair would have found the problem each time yet they let me drive it home with continuing issues. Beware is all I can say!…

Excellent Knowledge; Great Staff. I highly recommend this store. They take the time to explain things to you and don't make you feel pushed into buying their services.
