Cannot do sew-ins...very unprofessional!!!.
Dear Precious,
I am writing to apologize for my recent emotions in reaction to the hair extensions that I paid to have you sew in for me (2) two weeks ago.
I really do not understand what I was thinking! I mean to get upset about spending $200 on hair do that instead of lasting 2 months only lasted 2 weeks at best. I guess I need anger management. I am not an expert in hair extensions and do not pretend to be. You on the other hand are quite the opposite. You actually advertise that you are a hair care professional who specializes in all different hair types including hair extensions and you actually take peoples money in doing so.
I have to apologize for expecting professionalism from you and your staff. I mean I do not know what would have given me the impression that I was actually dealing with a professional. Maybe it was the website to your business because the in person appearance of your business left little to be desired; however I was desperate and acting on a referral so I took a chance. I never knew my taking a chance on a hair stylist posing as a professional would be so costly and time wasting.
To think I sat in that chair for about 4 hours listening to you go on about your out of work husband and everything else in between all the while thinking that I had suffered through it all to hopefully leave with a nice hair do. My mistake! I guess I should have taken one look at the work you did on your young assistant

Affordable, Conveinent, Great Customer Service and Clean. Visit one of the best salons in Raleigh that is conveient to the Downtown Area. Customer service is AWESOME! and Time Management is Wonderful! The Salon is clean, welcoming and offers parking. Customer Hair Care is primary and the products, tools and techniques, if adhered to, are guaranteed to provide positive results. You can even make your appointment online - HOW CONVEINENT IS THAT! I love the results and I love the environment. Visit once and you will return

Best stylist in town!!!. The stylist at this salon are knowledgable and equipped with the skills to keep your hair in the best condition. The environment is friendly and there are clients that have been coming for years. This speaks volumes about the service. Precious and Juanita are fast and efficient when it comes to giving that new chic look. I have enjoyed myself at every appointment from the relaxing shampoos given by their apprentice Tammi to the never ending styles I receive by Precious. Overall this has got to be the best salon in Wake County combs down!
