A low-key, friendly environment attracts plenty of families to this reliable chain. Kids in the big booths--often clutching free balloons and crayons--usually outnumber adults sitting at the bar. The menu offers filling American fare with no surprises, from mozzarella sticks and nachos to rollups and burgers. Entrees include steaks, fajitas and main dish salads. The calorie-conscious can select from a list of Weight Watchers-inspired dishes like mesquite chicken salad and grilled tilapia with mango salsa.

TERRIBLE service. I have been to this applebees on several occasions and it has always been average until the last time we went to visit. While there we had terrible serivce, not only did our waitress forget about taking our order after we had been waiting 15+ minutes, but then when someone else took our order another 15+ minutes later our waitress came by to say that they lost it and we needed to reorder. So now that we had been waiting almost 40 minutes just to PLACE our order, then when I told the waitress I would like to speak to a manager, she rolled her eyes at me. Then she came and refilled everyones drink on the table except mine, and mine was almost empty and other peoples were not. I asked a bartender to fill my drink and get me the manager. The waitress then came and attempted to apologize with a sarcastic tone and I asked her not to speak to me I was waiting for management....she told me I did not need to be a BIT*H about it. I was like excuse me. Then when I finally talked to management they told me she has cursed at people before and they gave us a new waiter. Then to top things off they did nothing for us, no discount or anything. needless to say after waiting 40+ minutes just to order then being cursed at, we will not be running into applebees in the future!!!!!

Service with a smile!. I have been to this Applebees on many occasions, and I must say that it is the best Applebees around! The food always tastes great and on every visit, the servers were very friendly and I did not have to ask for anything! I would highly recommend this Applebees to anyone.
