After seeing other reviews, I called Turner Towing to take my car from Raleigh to Greensboro. Mr. Turner charged the quoted price, was here on time, took good care of the car without me going along. I would call him again for any towing need. Highly recommended.

James went out of his way to help EXCELLENT customer service

My car broke down driving from Charlotte to see my sister before surgery in Raleigh. James went out of his way to meet me at the hospital, assure me he would deliver my car to the dealership and had some very kind words of encouragement to share on a difficult day. He got my car there, called and confirmed it was there. You can hire tow truck drivers, but not one like James...thanks James, you made a difficult day easier.

Great Fast Help

James came out to my broken down truck in less than 10 minutes. We talked about the problem with my truck and he asked if he could help by trying to get it started. I told him yes go ahead. He opened the hood and look at the battery and cables. He checked to see that they were tight and not loose. He then tried to jump start it for me. He was Much More than just a tow truck driver. He was trying to help me get my truck running without it being needed to go to an expensive auto repair shop. I would recommend him to anyone !! Thanks James for all your help.

A True Blessing

Just had my car towed ~ James (Mr Turner of Turner Towing)... What a kind gentleman... He was there 2 mintues before he promised ~ and was loaded up and secured in just a couple minutes. Thank you King's Auto for the referral ~ a true Blessing.

I have stored his number in my cell phone in the event I ever need help again ~ or if I know someone else who could use his help.

LIFE SAVER

James was wonderful!

My son is a student in Raleigh and I am in Charlotte. My son called to let me know his tire had blown out while traveling on 440. He did not have the proper tools to change the tire. I called Turner's Towing after seeing other positive reviews posted. I can not tell you how relieved I was to hear someone on the other end of line that was more concerned about getting my son out of that situation safely than about getting paid! Once he arrived he was able to change the tire right there and the tow was not necessary. It is wonderful to know there are such kind,caring people in this world!
