The previous reviewer gave Alex 1 star b/c SHE missed 2 appointments? And this is what shows up when you google him! He has been my stylist for 8 years and he is excellent. Professional & attentive. I have never walked away unhappy. I have also missed one appointment, called as soon as I realized it and tipped him generously after the next appointment. I was mortified with myself and the previous reviewer should be ashamed of herself for her selfish behavior.

Alex Khodush working etiquette: 2 missed appts: you're out!. The owner, his name is Alex Knodush, was my hairstylist for 4 years. He is a good hair stylist, he listens to you and I was happy to be his client. However, 9 month ago I had my baby and missed two appointments - one due to doctor's appointment and the second one due to my illness. I called and apologized the same day of missed appointment and was told that I should never call there again. I was stunned! Of course, I understand that he has a business to run, but I thought that the fact I was going there for so many years, counted.

Also, you will not be able to schedule appointment when yon need - you will have to wait for about one month and during this long time period sometimes things happen! I do not recommend going there - I feel completely worthless after I was told I cannot go there anymore. Very disappointed - in myself, for not being able to keep my appointments, and in Alex - for not able to forgive a client of 4 years for 2 missed appointments.

p.s the receptionist, her name is Cathy, is very nice and friendly.
