Misleading. Overall, we had a decent experience here. They were helpful but not pushy when we were picking out our tile, and they let us take home samples to help us decide. However, once we purchased the tile, they were very misleading about their return policy. We were told that we would not be able to return an opened box of tile, which we accepted. Then when we tried to return a complete, unopened box, they refused to take it back, claiming that it was a special order and they wouldn't be able to resell it. If we had known that initially, we wouldn't have bought the extra box of tile. If you decide to buy tile here, be very careful about how much tile you purchase because they will refuse to take any extra back.

Felt like a Millionaire client...not a customer!. I had been looking at tile for a long time because once you put tile down on your floors, it is not coming up...if it cracks or chips because you chose the wrong tile for your furniture...or if the tile was too heavy for your floor????

I had friends who had spent a lot of money picking up tile at warehouse places without expert advice...and then got some handy man to install. IT was a nightmare. They ended up ripping it up...after a year and a half...

So, when I went to Best Tile, I was very skeptical. These guys are great! Answered my questions..knew their stuff... and they CARE about good tile and their work. They will help you and make sure everything is right from start to finish....AMAZING in this day and age...when everyone is working in a production line like a Fast Food Place...these guys took time, care, and their products are the best...not cheap stuff that you find in bulk warehouse places that looks good at first and then after a year or two..not so great.

I am really pleased. I will never go to an online place or warehouse store again. They even directed me to honest, hard working and skilled installers.

Worth every penny because I know my floors are going to last 75 years...if not more...
