Management is Terrible here/ poor customer service. Yesterday I went to the kfc at this location. I went to go reedem my coupon that Oprah gave Americans this week. I presented it to the manager he looks at it at then throws it in the trash and says its not valid. He didn't give it back and says hes not accepting the coupons. I wasn't the only one he did that to. He didn't give no one their coupon back and refuse to give it back. I believe what he did was against companies guidelines and he should be disciplined about what he did. It got so bad it had to involve the police. Oprah didn't pay for Kfc to take peoples coupons and not give them the food. I'm not so upset on not getting chicken it was just the principle of the matter.I will not go to that LOCATION any more.
