A rip off......Call Weathermasters. Don't waste your time. I thought he was overpriced so I called Weathermaster. Much more professional, not necessarily cheaper but I preferred them over this guy.

SHOCKED AND APPALLEDE!!!!. Condensending and vile!!!!!!!...........just horrible customer service. This is not the go-to company when you are in desperate need of a PROFESSIONAL tech guy.

Overpriced and unaccomodating!!!. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I always try to use local businessmen but I'll be thinking twice from now on. Owner/repairman (who lived around the block) came out to do a diagnostic for which there was a fee and did a partial repair. We did not want to have him replace the motor because he was charging 4 times the actual price of the motor. He agreed to come back and do the freon once the motor was repaired. Upon requesting the freon (that he said he could not do that day) he informed us that he needed to charge yet another $89.00 diagnostic fee for the very problem we had already paid him to diagnose. Obviously we expected to pay for the service he would render but he just diagnosed the problem three days ago. Overall very unpleasant experience and they nickled and dimed me to death. Total rip off. Would not recommend.
