I had my 2011 fiesta detailed by these guys and it looks even better than when I drove it off the lot! They spent a good two hours perfecting everything inside and out, plus they put all my knick-knacks back in the right spot. They even got the dog footprint stains out of my back seat! I would recommend these guys to anyone, as they are VERY good at what they do. I will definitely be using these guys in the future!

I've had my vehicles detailed by Mobile Car Detailers of Raleigh Many times over the past 11 years. I very rarely clean my own vehicle because of my work schedule. But, when I need it cleaned and waxed, I call these guys! They do a Fantastic job cleaning my vehicle, and their Wax job is top notch! (they do it by hand!). They are also extremely thorough.... everything from my rims to my wheel wells, to the underside of my hood and even my air vents are spotless! The wax and interior treatments they use make my 2000 Xterra look brand new! They usually come to my workplace and do the detailing right in our office parking garage. I work in a customer service profession, and these guys are UNMATCHED in their service levels, both to their customer and to the vehicle they are servicing. I have nevver had any problems, or issues with them or the work they perform. They are always on time, very professional, fairly priced, and they do an absolute AWESOME job getting my car looking better than brand new! I would never trust anyone else to detail my car! Excellent service!. Excellent service! I've used these guys for over 6 years and they always exceed my expectations and take better care of my cars than I do! ...always on time and very polite to boot!! I highly recommend Mobile Car Detailers.

Great service for your money. I would highly recommend Mobile Car Detailers Of Raleigh to anyone. I've had them detail my cars several times and they alway show up on time and are very professional.

Stay away from this car detailing company!!. Horrible service, stay away!! Showed up on time but that was the only thing that went right. They decided after working on the car for a half hour that the job was more extensive than originally thought (even though we purchased their biggest package posted online) and decided to just disappear. Yes, that's right...disappear! No knock on the door, nothing. Left the car unlocked on the side of the street with the flashers on and keys sitting right on the dashboard in plain sight...very lucky it wasn't stolen. Then didn't return two phone calls until I threatened filing criminal charges, lied on the phone to me, and then abruptly hung up obefore even offering any remedy to the situation whatsoever. Very shady business ethics and questionable personal character as well. With so many choices of places to have your car detailed, do yourself a favor and go with another company b/c Jake and Lee are awful! Use at your own risk!!
