Something wrong every time.. This restaurant chain has been my favorite place for the best steak, the Marshal Dillion, for many years. But, this particular location has never lived up to the Texas Steakhouse reputation. Every single time my husband & I have ate there (several times over a year), we've had some kind of problem. Steaks way overcooked (ordered medium rare, got well done), side items completely wrong or missing, food cleared from table while still eating it (this happened the last time we were there earlier this week!), extra charges for stuff not explained at the time of ordering (their "loaded potato" side dish is an extra charge, but it's not stated as such in the menu or told when you ordered), rude waiters, sticky tables, drinks made wrong (they didn't know how to make a Mud Slide), etc. We've been severely disappointed and have decided to stop going altogether instead of hoping that the next time will be better. It's a real shame since when the Marshal Dillion is made correctly, it really is the best steak around!

Excellent customer service. Food is very good and the staff tries their best to make sure all your needs are met, great place for groups!

A PLEASANT DINING EXPERIENCE. THIS RESTAURANT IS ONE OF THE BEST FOR STEAKS IN THE AREA...AND ALTHOUGH SOME OF THE REVIEWS THAT HAVE BEEN WRITTEN WERE WRITTEN BY IDIOTS WHO COULD EITHER NOT SPELL...STAKES...OR BY JUST JERKS IN GENERAL, THE RESTAURANT IS FRIENDLY, CLEAN, CATERS TO THE CUSTOMER AND PROVIDES WHAT I WANT...I DON'T CARE WHAT THE OTHERS SAY. I WILL CONTINUE TO VISIT AND ENJOY...ALL THE EXPERIENCES I HAVE HAD ARE GREAT AND THE STEAKS ARE COOKED TO PERFECTION....NO PROBLEMS. PERHAPS THOSE WRITING NEGATIVE REVIEWS EMBIBED IN TOO MUCH ALCOHOL....OR WERE IN SUCH A STUPOR THEY DON'T REMEMBER WHAT THEY ATE...THAT HAPPENS EVERYWHERE...BUT I DON'T DRINK...AND DID ENJOY MY MEALS...LOOK FORWARD TO RETURNING SOON......KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK...MANAGERS, KEEP ON TOP OF THINGS....THANKS SO MUCH....WILLIAM STANLEY

Best Stakes Anywhere. Texas Stake House is the best stake house I have every eaten at. I love the way that they season the foods to your testes. I go to Texas every change I can.

To be avoided if you enjoy good steaks.... Texas Steakhouse has dropped out of the running as far as Steakhouses go. I used to visit frequently, but after the last visit I have decided to not ever go there again. The steaks have gotten smaller and tougher, the service slower and less proficient. The cleanliness of the restaurant overall seems to have dropped as well. The last time we ate there our table, as well as 3 others around us, had do send food back because of low quality or being prepared incorrectly. The manager was busy offering free deserts, but unfortunately they to have dropped in quality.

The Filet Mignon rocks - best customer service with a smile. I love Filet Mignon and that is the only steak I have had, once a week if not twice I get a med cooked Filet with the sweet potatoe. That meal is made for O types, and it is great, never had to return a steak. Service is great, right down to the three lemons with my water. That salad, now I just want olive oil and three more lemons for my dressing. They do it right and have no problems with what my friends call picky eating ( pork on a salad is just wrong).

Great Steaks. Typically quick, courteous service, depends on teh time of day you go. Great steaks, shrimp, and ribs!!

Skip it and go to Outback for a better steak. OMG! the rest of the reviewers here must have low standards. TSS has no business on this list! My last experience there featured slow service, sub-par salad, fatty filet (should have NO fat on it) and just a general kitshy atmosphere -- do yourself a favor and skip any Texas Steakhouse! If cold beer and pretty waitresses are your bag, go to HootersRestaurant up the street...

Editorial Review. Southeastern steakhouse chain serves fire-grilled steaks, slow-cooked baby back ribs, hot dogs, wings, burgers and mac-and-cheese.

Best ribs. Execellent Ribs and shrimp. The steak is outstanding. I would recomend Texas to anyone ! Keep up the great job.
