Best In The Area. This place is great. He remembers names and faces. Professional service and commitment to his profession. I won't take my vehicles anywhere else! I have never felt as though I paid more than I should (I am a woman). Outstanding. George and his team are the best!!!

Very impressed. I actually chose Pinnacle based on the reviews I found on Citysearch. I am fairly new to Holly Springs and I really wanted to find a great local mechanic I can trust. George waited until after hours for us to go pick my car up since he was able to finish it sooner than estimated. He was very friendly and I appreciate his great communication and professionalism. I will definitely take my car to him from now on!

Honest, trustworthy, fair. We have been taking our cars to George for several years now, admittedly less so now that he is in Holly Springs. We REALLY regret the move but we still take our cars to him for the important stuff (non-oil change sorts of things).

George has the best and most consistant service, just sorry they moved to Holly Springs. George's service is outstanding in that he is personally interested in the quality of the work done. He knows Honda and his prices are under most any dealer, while using Genuine Honda parts.

Move back to Cary, George. Thanks for your fine work.

Great Service. George will go out of his way to make sure you are satisfied with his service. He will take the time to answer any questions you may have and he will give you detailed info about any repairs that are needed. He charges much less than what the Acura dealership will charge for any services, especially the service intervals, when they do alot of work depending on the mileage requirements. Have no fear taking your car there.

trustworthy, family owned and operated and family oriented. I am always confident that Pinnacle Automotive has my best interests in mind when I take my beat up cars there to make them safe for my road trips.

George goes out of his way to make me understand what is wrong, what needs to be fixed (and what doesn't), and how much it will cost.

I imagine that if it wasn't so hard to leave a review on citysearch there would be even more ravingly ecstatic reviews for this mechanic.

Quality and Friendly. Its hard to find a auto. mechanic that I trust. And

this place I trust. The do quality work and complete

repairs quickly. They always explain the condition of

your car honestly and never suggest unnecessary repairs.

I highly recommend this shop. The wireless intenet

available via the waiting area is also very useful.
