Honest, quality work at an honest price.. Honest. Dependable. Good at diagnosis. Does work on time and to estimate. A rare find these days.

Dishonest - stay away from this place.
Got a tune-up and it cost $500. Thought it was a little pricey and found i was changed for ignition wires twice. Called 3 times and was assured "check was in the mail" (credit card refund was
submitted for $120). It wasn't. I'll never do business there again.

Trustworthy and Reliable.
I've been taking our vehicles to George at Pinnacle Automotive in Holly Springs for 3 years and always get great, personal service provided in a timely fashion, with honest opinions and comprehensive
feedback. Not only does he remember us and our vehicles, George (the owner) always manages to identify and fix those hard to identify noises and problems on our vehicles—all at reasonable prices for the work performed. In fact, I trust him so much that I took my mother in-law's car to him for service while she was in town for a visit!!! Being a small business owner myself, I can appreciate the special attention George gives to every customer and his drive to make sure the job gets done right.
In the rare event that he is too swamped to take the work or if the job requires a specialized skill set, he has recommended other local businesses who turned out to be just as reliable and trustworthy as he is. It is great to know that Pinnacle Automotive is just around the corner and that I can trust them to be honest and fair in a business where those values are all too rare.
